Regulamin konkursu fotograficznego „Konkursy mgFoto”

I. Postanowienia ogólne

  1). Organizatorem Konkursu jest Stowarzyszenie Myślenickiej Grupy Fotograficznej „mgFoto” (zwane dalej Organizatorem). 2). Konkurs jest częścią projektu cyklicznych konkursów fotograficznych, organizowanych przez mgFoto, trwających 4 miesiące. Wyniki zostaną podane na stronie Facebook’owej grupy „Konkursy mgFoto” , na stronie www.mgfoto.pl , na łamach „Gazety Myślenickiej” oraz w mediach lokalnych. 3). Temat Konkursu – „Świat w 2024”. 4). Konkurs odbywał się będzie w II kategoriach:

• Ogólnej.
• Lokalnej (dotyczy mieszkańców Małopolski).

5). Udział w konkursie jest bezpłatny. 6). Konkurs odbywa się pod następującymi patronatami

• Patronat ZPAF
• Patronat Fotoklubu RP
• Auspicje FIAP

7). Sponsorami nagród są: Urząd Miasta i Gminy Myślenice oraz Stowarzyszenie Myślenickiej Grupy Fotograficznej „mgFoto”.

II. Uczestnicy

  1). W konkursie mogą wziąć udział wszyscy zainteresowani, którzy prześlą swoje prace poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy na stronie:  www.konkursy.mgfoto.pl/  lub na adres e-mail: konkursy@mgfoto.pl. 2). W konkursie nie mogą brać udziału, Administratorzy konkursu, członkowie mgFoto, sponsorzy oraz jurorzy. 3). Osoby niepełnoletnie mogą wziąć udział w konkursie wyłącznie za zgodą pisemną rodziców lub przedstawicieli ustawowych. Skan takiej zgody (do pobrania tutaj) należy przesłać na adres: konkursy@mgfoto.pl w terminie do 24 godz od przesłania zgłoszenia.

III. Zasady konkursu

  1). Każdy Uczestnik może przesłać maksymalnie 4 prace. 2). Technika wykonania zdjęć jest dowolna, Organizator dopuszcza wyraźną ingerencję graficzną. 3). Zgłoszenie zdjęć do Konkursu polega na: Przesłaniu fotografii poprzez formularz zgłoszeniowy na stronie: www.konkursy.mgfoto.pl/dodaj-fotografie/ lub emailem na adres konkursy@mgfoto.pl 4). zdjęcia można dodawać do 30.04.2025r do godz 22:00. 5). Prace muszą spełniać następujące kryteria:

• minimalny wymiar dłuższego boku to 1200px a maksymalny 1600px, format: JPEG, maksymalny rozmiar pliku to 2 MB.
• zdjęcie musi mieć związek z tematem konkursu,

6). Po dodaniu zdjęć poprzez formularz, zostaną one dodane to galerii konkursowej po zaakceptowaniu przez administratorów. 7). Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia zdjęć, naruszających regulamin, niemających związku z tematem Konkursu lub naruszające dobre obyczaje. 8). W związku z agresją Rosji na Ukrainę, fotografie przesłane przez obywateli Federacji Rosyjskiej nie będą akceptowane przez organizatora. 9). Uczestnik Konkursu z chwilą nadesłania prac na konkurs oświadcza, że:

• akceptuje niniejszy Regulamin,
• jest autorem zdjęć oraz posiada zgodę osób biorących udział przy powstawaniu pracy (modeli, modelek, wizażystów itd.) na uczestnictwo w konkursie oraz publikacje. Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie roszczenia osób trzecich, które mogłyby zostać skierowane do Organizatorów Konkursu, przyjmuje na siebie Uczestnik Konkursu.
• wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych na potrzeby konkursu zgodnie z ustawą o Ochronie Danych Osobowych dn.29.08.1997 r. Dz.U. Nr 133 poz.833 z póz. zm.
• udziela Organizatorowi przez Uczestnika Konkursu nieodpłatnej licencji niewyłącznej, uprawniającej Organizatora do korzystania przez czas nieoznaczony oraz bez ograniczeń terytorialnych z przesłanych zdjęć w celach promocyjnych dotyczących konkursu.

IV Jury

1). Ocena nadesłanych prac zostanie przeprowadzona w 2 etapach. 2). I etap – komisja Artystyczna Stowarzyszenia Myślenickiej Grupy Fotograficznej na podstawie selekcji zakwalifikuje wybrane prace do drugiego etapu. 3). W drugim etapie zakwalifikowane zdjęcia oceniac będzie Jury. 4). Jury składa się z 5 osób , w tym Przewodniczącego. 5). Skład : – Danuta Węgiel – ZPAF, Przewodnicząca Jury, – Lilianna Wolnik – członek Stowarzyszenia Myślenickiej Grupy Fotograficznej, – Robert Górski – Fotoklub RP, – Tomasz Tomaszewski – Fotoreporter, Media, – Christian Coigny  – gość z zagranicy (Szwajcaria). 6). Jury głosuje wirtualnie na fotografie zakwalifikowane do II etapu przyznając punkty wg zasady; 1. miejsce – 10pkt, 2. – 9pkt. 3. – 8pkt. 4. – 7pkt. 5. – 6pkt. 6. – 5pkt. 7. – 4pkt 8. – 3pkt. 9. – 2pkt 10. – 1pkt 7). W przypadku gdy dwa lub więcej zdjęć otrzyma identyczną liczbę punktów o kolejności zadecyduje Przewodniczący Jury.

V. Nagrody

  1). Organizator przewiduje następujące nagrody: W kategorii ogólnej.

• I miejsce: złoty medal (personalizowany), Dyplom, publikacja zwycięskiej fotografii na łamach „Gazety Myślenickiej, oraz stronie: www.mgfoto.pl.
• II miejsce: srebrny medal (personalizowany), Dyplom, publikacja zdjęcia na stronie: www.mgfoto.pl
• III miejsce: brązowy medal (personalizowany), Dyplom, publikacja zdjęcia na stronie: www.mgfoto.pl
• Wyróżnienia: Dyplom w wersji cyfrowej, publikacja zdjęcia na stronie: www.mgfoto.pl.

W kategorii Lokalnej (mieszkańcy Małopolski)

• I miejsce: złoty medal (personalizowany), Dyplom, gadżety Urzędu Miasta i Gminy, publikacja zwycięskiego zdjęcia na łamach „Gazety Myślenickiej”, oraz stronie: www.mgfoto.pl.
• II miejsce: srebrny medal (personalizowany), Dyplom, gadżety Urzędu Miasta i Gminy, publikacja zdjęcia na stronie: www.mgfoto.pl.
• III miejsce: brązowy medal (personalizowany), Dyplom, gadżety Urzędu Miasta i Gminy, publikacja zwycięskiego zdjęcia na stronie: www.mgfoto.pl.
• Wyróżnienia: Dyplom w wersji cyfrowej, publikacja zdjęcia na stronie: www.mgfoto.pl.

2). Laureaci zostaną powiadomieni o werdykcie Jury drogą e-mailową. 3). Sposób wręczenia nagrody zostanie ustalony ze zwycięzcą.

VI Postanowienia końcowe.

  1). Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzenia zmian w regulaminie.

Regulations of the photo competition „mgFoto Contests”

I General provisions

  1). The Organizer of the Competition is the Association of Myślenicka Grupa Fotograficzna „mgFoto” (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer). 2). The competition is part of the project of cyclical photo contests organized by mgFoto, lasting 4 months. The results will be announced on the Facebook page of the „mgFoto Contests” group, at www.mgfoto.pl, on the „Gazeta Myślenicka” and in the local media. 3). Theme of the Competition – „The world in 2024” 4). The competition will be held in two categories:

• World
• Local (for residents of Małopolska)

5). Participation in the competition is free of charge. 6). The competition is held under the following patronage:

• Patronage of the Union of Polish Art Photographers.
• Patronage of the Photo Club of the Republic of Poland.
• FIAP auspices.

7). The sponsors of the awards are: the City and Commune Office of Myślenice and the Association of Myślenicka Grupa Fotograficzna „mgFoto”,

II. Participants

  1). The Competition is open to all interested parties who submit their works via the application form on the website https://www.konkursy.mgfoto.pl/ 2). The Competition Administrators, mgFoto members, sponsors and jurors cannot participate in the Competition. 3). Minors may take part in the competition only with the written consent of their parents or legal representatives. A scan of such consent (to be downloaded here) should be sent to the address konkursy@mgfoto.pl within 24 hours of submitting the application.

III Rules of the Competition

  1). Each Participant may submit a maximum of 4 works. 2). The technique of taking photos is free, the Organizer allows clear graphic interference. 3). Submitting photos to the Competition consists of: Sending photos via the application form on the website: www.konkursy.mgfoto.pl/dodaj-fotografie/ 4). Photos can be added until 04/30/2025 at 10:00pm 5). The works must meet the following criteria:

• the minimum size of the longer side is 1200px and the maximum size is 1600px, format: JPEG, the maximum file size is 2 MB
• the photo must be related to the topic of the competition,

6). After adding photos via the form, they will be added to the competition gallery after approval by the administrators. 7). The organizer reserves the right to remove photos that violate the regulations, are not related to the subject of the Competition or violate good manners. 8). Due to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, photos sent by citizens of the Russian Federation will not be accepted by the organizer. 9). The Participant of the Competition, upon sending the works to the Competition, declares that:

• accepts these Regulations;
• is the author of the photos and has the consent of the people involved in the creation of the work (models, make-up artists, etc.) to participate in the Competition and publications. Responsibility for any claims of third parties that could be directed to the Competition Organizers is assumed by the Competition Participant;
• agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of the competition in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 133, item 833, as amended
• grants the Organizer by the Competition Participant a free, non-exclusive license, entitling the Organizer to use for an indefinite period and without territorial restrictions the photos sent for promotional purposes regarding the competition.

IV Jury

1). The evaluation of the submitted works will be carried out in 2 stages. 2). Stage I – the Art Commission of the Association of Myślenice Photographic Group will qualify selected works for the second stage on the basis of selection. 3). In the second stage, the qualified photos will be assessed by the Jury. 4). The jury consists of 5 people, including the Chairman. 5). Composition: – Danuta Węgiel – Jury Chairwoman, ZPAF representative. – Lilianna Wolnik –  A representative of mgFoto, – Robert Górski – Fotoklub RP representative – Tomasz Tomaszewski – Photojurnalist, Media, – Christian Coigny – A guest from abroad (Switzerland). 6. The jury votes virtually for the photos qualified to the second stage, awarding points according to the rules; 1st place – 10 points, 2nd – 9pts 3rd – 8pts 4th – 7pts 5th – 6pts 6th – 5pts 7th – 4pts 8th – 3pts 9th – 2pts 10. – 1 point 7. In the event that two or more photos receive the same number of points, the Jury Chairman will decide on the order of Awards

V. Awards

  1). The organizer provides the following prizes: General Category

• 1st place: gold medal (personalized), Diploma, publication of the winning photo in „Gazeta Myślenicka” and the website: www.mgfoto.pl.
• 2nd place: silver medal (personalized), Diploma, publication of photo on www.mgfoto.pl.
• 3rd place: bronze medal (personalized), Diploma, publication of photo on www.mgfoto.pl.
• Honourable Mention: Diploma in digital version, publication of photo on www.mgfoto.pl.

Local category (inhabitants of Małopolska)

• 1st place: gold medal (personalized), Diploma, gadgets of the City and Commune Office, publication of the winning photo in the Gazeta Myślenicka, and the website www.mgfoto.pl.
• 2nd place: silver medal (personalized), Diploma, gadgets of the City and Commune Office, publication of photo on www.mgfoto.pl.
• 3rd place: bronze medal (personalized), Diploma, gadgets of the City and Commune Office, publication of photo on www.mgfoto.pl.
• Honourable Mention: Diploma in digital version, publication of photo on www.mgfoto.pl.

2). The winners will be notified of the Jury’s verdict via e-mail. 3). The method of presenting the prize will be agreed with the winner

VI. Final Provisions

  1. The organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the regulations.
